The Arab Union Company was established under the chairmanship of Mr. Ali Saleh, who realized before others the importance of transcending traditional methods in the field of making blackstrap molasses from sugar cane and producing date molasses and adopting modern methods to advance this sector by establishing the largest factory equipped with the latest equipment for processing and manufacturing cane Sugar, as current factories produce honey using traditional methods that do not comply with global requirements.
It has also produced juices, sauces and vinegars starting from dealing with concentrates (for juices, tomato paste or natural vinegar concentrate) to bottling.
To achieve this, the company:
• Using the latest production methods and safe and environmentally friendly combustion systems
• Owning the latest internationally accredited laboratories for testing food products
• Training its employees and technicians on the latest production methods, in addition to applying a set of advanced programs for food safety and security and quality systems during the various stages of manufacturing.
• Using the latest methods in packaging, achieving all environmental requirements, and adhering to standard specifications, which achieves the best technical and health specifications that comply with international requirements.
